Heating Instructions

Thanksgiving Heating Instructions


Caramelized Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Oven at 300 degrees 15 - 20 minutes. Take out add brown sugar bake for 5 mins more

Corn Casserole

Lightly grease pan with pan spray or butter. Pour batter into pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

 

Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until tender and browned.

Glazed Carrots

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until tender.

Gravy

Pour into a saucepan; simmer on low until heated through

Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 mins. Internal temp minimum 150 degrees

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Empanada

375 degrees 20-25 until golden brown

Sweet Potato Casserole

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake additional 10 minutes

Turkey

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, place the sealed bag in water for approximately 8 minutes; remove bag from water with tongs and let rest for 5 minutes; open bag and serve (please be careful of steam!)

EASTER Ready-To-Heat:

​

Spiral Ham 

​

Fully cooked smoked ham (safe to eat cold or room-temp). 

​

To enjoy warm, we recommend letting your ham come to room temp for at least an hour. We also recommend scoring your ham in the opposite direction of your slices & about 1 inch deep and about every 3 inches across the ham (this is optional but helps glaze trickle down the slices in your spiral, just make sure not to cut down too far). Bake covered with aluminum foil in a 350-degree oven for 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and rub crushed pineapple into the ham. Pour a small amount of the glaze over the ham with the provided glaze sauce and return to the oven uncovered. Repeat every 10-15 minutes for another 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!

Pre-carved Ham (vacuum sealed)

 

Fully cooked ham (safe to eat cold or room-temp). 

​

To enjoy warm, we recommend letting the sealed bag come to room temp first, then bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, place the boil-safe-vacuum sealed bag in the boiling water, making sure to submerge as much as possible. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove bag with tongs and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut the bag open being careful of steam. Enjoy!

Glaze

​

Warm on low heat in a saucepan. 

​

Scalloped Potatoes

​

Heat the potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until the internal temperature is above 150 degrees.

​

Garlic Butter Carrots

​

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes until warm and then toss with butter.

​

Mac N Cheese

​

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Replace the lid.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.  Remove from the oven and remove the lid.  Place the pan back in the oven to brown the top, about 20 minutes.  If you do not want a browned topping then leave the pan in for an additional 20 minutes (total cook time is 45 minutes).  The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. 

Stir and return to the oven if more heating is necessary.

Remove the lid and continue to bake and brown the top approximately another 20 minutes. Enjoy with salsa.

 

 

Fresh Pasta Kit:

Fettuccine - Homemade:

​

Pasta is fresh and should be used within 3-5 days. Boil for 2-3 minutes and check for preferred doneness, boil a little longer for softer than al dente.

​

Bolognese Meat Sauce - Homemade:

​

Slow-Simmered sauce can be reheated on low heat. We recommend adding small amounts of your pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

​

Pesto & Ricotta - Made from scratch:

​

We do not recommend heating your pesto on the stovetop, just add to your pasta or smear on a baguette. Ricotta can be used in baked pasta dishes or added to meat sauce or smeared on a baguette. Enjoy!

​

Marinara sauce

​

For those of you who purchased this treat, simply warm the marinara sauce on the stove top and add to your boiled and drained pasta when heated. Enjoy!

 

Ready-To-Heat:

​

Asian Stuffed Button Mushrooms

​

Remove the plastic wrap and lid from the container. Bake in the over at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Place a small dollop of sauce on
each mushroom before serving.

 

Baby Back Ribs

​

OVEN: remove plastic and heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.  Remove from the oven and glaze with Ace LaBrake BBQ sauce.
Place the pan back in the oven to caramelize about 10 minutes or longer if preferred.

 

Baby Pigs in a Blanket

​

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rotate them & bake for an
additional 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. 


Bacon Wrapped Hotdogs

​

Grill under low flame until bacon is cooked to your preference. Be careful that the bacon drippings do not cause a flare up.
Remove toothpicks in each end and serve.


Bacon Wrapped Potato Volcanoes

​

Remove potatoes from the foil pan and place on a cookie sheet.  Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is done to your
preference.  Add the extra cheese and return to the oven briefly until melted. 

 

Breakfast Burrito

​

Leave the burrito in the foil wrapper and heat in the oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. 
You can leave the burrito in the pan or place it directly on the oven rack.  Internal temperature of the burrito should be above 150 degrees.  For a crispy burrito you can remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking or place the burrito in a skillet and crisp the outside to your preference.  

 

Breakfast Strata (includes salsa fresca on the side)

Remove the lid and plastic. Discard plastic and replace lid on strata.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to bake and brown the top approximately another 20 minutes. Enjoy with salsa.

Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese


Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Replace the lid. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.  Remove from the oven and remove the lid. Place the pan back in the oven to brown the top, about 20 minutes.  If you do not want a browned topping then leave the pan in for an additional 20 minutes (total cook time is 45 minutes).  The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees.
Stir and return to the oven if more heating is necessary.  

 

Carnitas Street Taco Kit

​

Heat the carnitas covered in a 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes. Do not overcook as it will dry out. Assemble your tacos and top with
tomatillo salsa.

 

Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin

​

Heat the potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until the internal temperature is above 150 degrees.

 

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

​

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Replace the lid.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.  Remove from the oven and remove the lid. Place the pan back in the oven to brown the top, about 20 minutes.  If you do not want a browned topping then leave the pan in for an additional 20 minutes (total cook time is 60 minutes).  The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. 
Return to the oven if more heating is necessary

 

Chicken Parmesan (includes cheese + marinara on the side)

​

Place the chicken on a cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until the internal temperature is at least 150 degrees.
Meanwhile warm the marinara on the stove top. Remove the chicken from the oven and place on plate. Top with cheese then marinara.

 

Chile Caramel Brussels Sprouts + Smoked Pork Belly

​

Remove lid and plastic. We recommend transferring to a cookie sheet pan and baking for 30-40 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. If baking in the aluminum pan, make sure to toss the ingredients every 20 minutes and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. We slow-smoke the pork belly, so you're just reheating, it is safe to eat warm. In a sauce pan and low-medium, simmer the sauce about 5-7 minutes, until hot. Pour it on or dip it, and enjoy!
 

Chicken Piccata

​

Remove the lid and plastic.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes until the internal temperature of chicken is at 160 degrees.  Heat the sauce on the stove top.  When the chicken has been fully heated, place on a plate/platter and top with the piccata sauce. Sprinkle capers over the top.
 

Chicken Satay Skewers with Thai Peanut Sauce

​

The chicken is raw so be sure to keep it refrigerated until you are ready to cook. Skewers can be either cooked in the oven or pan fried.  For pan frying, place enough oil in the pan to fry the skewers.  heat oil till shimmering and then add skewers. The oil will splatter so it is best to add them with a pair of tongs.  Cook about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are lightly brown. For the oven method, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Place the skewers on a sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.  Always check the internal temperature and be sure it is at least 160 degrees.  The sauce can be gently heated and then used as a dipping sauce.

 

Cookie dough

​

Defrost the cookie dough and place on a cookie sheet.  Using the palm of your hand, press down on the cookie dough to make a "puck" shape. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Oven temperatures vary so make sure to check around 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
 

Date Rumake

​

Place the date rumake on a sheet pan.  Do not cook them in the pan they came in since you want the hot air to cook them evenly. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Bake the date rumake for 20-30 minutes depending on your preference on the crispiness of the bacon. Let cool and enjoy.
 

DIY Burger Kit


Cook burgers on the grill until an internal temperature of 155 degrees for medium.  You can cook the burgers to your preference but the health department recommends 160 degrees.


Dry Active Yeast

​

Keep refrigerated for up to 4 months. Measure the yeast and lukewarm water 90°F - 110°F required for the formula. Mix together and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes. Stir thoroughly and add remaining ingredients.


Enchiladas

​

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Take the extra sauce and top the enchiladas with more sauce as necessary.  Replace the lid. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. Return to the oven if more heating is necessary.

Elote Kit

​

Corn can be boiled or grilled. To boil, add cobs to boiling water and remove after 5-7 minutes.
To grill, preheat to high heat and grill corn for about 10 minutes turning often until charred all over.
Once corn is cooked, slather generously with herb aioli, then top with crumbled cotija cheese, then sprinkle a nice coating of chili powder. Garnish with chopped cilantro and squeeze with lime juice.

 

French Toast Casserole

 

Heat in oven at 300 degrees for 45 minutes with foil on. Remove from the oven,  Add pecan crumble topping and put back in the oven with no cover for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
 

Island Chicken Breast

​

Remove the foil lid and the plastic.  Discard the plastic and put the foil lid back on the container.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the chicken for 30-45 minutes until the internal temperature is 150 degrees.  Remove the mango salsa from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature.  While the chicken is heating, gently warm the sauce on the stovetop on the lowest setting.  Stir often to avoid burning.  When the chicken has finished heating, place them on a plate and top with a bit of sauce.  Then finish it by topping with the mango salsa.
 

Jambalaya

​

Stove top: place jambalaya in pot on low heat and bring to desired temperature. Can add water/chicken stock if needed. Oven: bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Can add water/chicken stock if needed.
 

Kabob Grilling Kit

​

Steak Kabob - Grill 2-3 minutes per side depending on your preference.  Internal temperature should be 125 to 130 degrees for medium rare.

 

Shrimp Kabob - Grill 1-2 minutes per side.

Veggie Kabob- Grill 1-2 minutes per side until vegetables are charred to your liking.

Potato Kabob- Grill 2-3 minutes per side to warm potatoes.  They are already par cooked.

Serve with scratch made Chimichurri dipping Sauce!

 

Kahlua Pork Lau Lau Sliders

 

Remove the foil lid and the plastic.  Discard the plastic and place the lid back on the pan.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and reheat the pork for 30-45 minutes. The pork is fully cooked so just reheat to a temperature of your liking.  Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, top with Kahlua pork and then some coleslaw.

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Replace the lid.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.  Remove from the oven and remove the lid. Place the pan back in the oven to brown the top, about 20 minutes.  If you do not want a browned topping then leave the pan in for an additional 20 minutes (total cook time is 60 minutes).  The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. 
Return to the oven if more heating is necessary.

Mini-Andouille Sausage Puffs with Cheddar

Mini-Beef Wellingtons

​

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rotate them & bake for an additional 10 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.

 

Mini-Crab Cakes with Cajun Sauce

​

Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes to heat through. - a little longer if you want them crispier.

 

Mini-Chicken Cilantro Empanadas

​

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rotate them & bake for an additional 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. 

 

Mini-Pumpkin Cheesecake Empanadas

​

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rotate them & bake for an additional 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar for a added bonus.

 

Mini-Meatloaf

​

Remove the lid and any plastic wrap. Replace the lid. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees.
 

Mojito Marinated Jumbo Shrimp Skewers

​

For BBQ, cook about 2 minutes on each side. For the oven method, preheat the oven to 300 degrees.  Place the skewers on a sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Check them halfway thru cooking, as all ovents do not cook at the same rate.

 

Pulled Pork Sliders

​

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Replace the aluminum lid.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees.  Stir and return to the oven if more heating is necessary. Take a pre-sliced slider roll, top with pork and then some coleslaw.
 

Roasted Spaghetti Squash

​

The squash has been par-cooked and will need to be finished in the oven.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Remove the foil from the pan and place in the oven for 30-45 minutes.  The squash is ready when you can pierce the flesh with a fork and it slides in with no resistance.  Remove from the oven and fluff the squash with a fork.  Top with all the toppings except the balsamic glaze (we suggest
to place the cheese on last to help it melt).  Hand tear the basil before placing on top of the squash. Return the pan to the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat the toppings and the cheese is starting to melt.  Remove from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. 

 

Sausage - Chicken Basil

​

This is a raw sausage and contains no additive and binders that are typical in a commercially made sausage.  Since we do not add any additives, the sausage will not have the snap you get in a store bought sausage.  To cook these, place enough water (we suggest your favorite beer or your favorite poaching liquid) in a pot to cover the sausages.  Bring the water to 190 degrees.  This is just before a simmer and you will see air bubbles start to form on the bottom of the pot.  DO NOT BOIL THESE SAUSAGES.  Place the sausage in the pot for ten minutes.  Finish them by your preferred method on low heat (grill, bake, pan fry).
 

Sausage - Jalapeno

​

This is a raw sausage that can be cooked just like any other sausage. The best way is to poach them in your favorite beer, poaching liquid, or water.  Finish them by your preferred method on low heat (grill, bake, pan fry).
 

Sausage - Tennessee Whiskey Country 

​

This sausage has been smoked but it is not fully cooked.  Cook them as you would any other sausage but be sure to use low temperature.

 

Shepherds Pie

​

Remove foil lid and plastic.  Replace the foil lid.  Place on a cookie sheet to catch any of the juices that boil over.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Remove the lid and place back in the oven for 15-20 minutes to brown the potato topping (the browning can be skipped.  Just leave the pie in the oven another 20-25 minutes for a total time of about 70 minutes).

Slow Smoked Tri-Tip - Vacuum Sealed

​

Safe to eat cold on salads or sandwiches. To enjoy warm, we recommend letting the sealed bag come to room temp first, then bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, place in the boil-safe-vacuum sealed bag in the water, making sure to submerge as much as possible. Boil for 5 minutes, (if well-done is preferred you can add a few minutes). Remove bag with tongs and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut the bag open and enjoy!

 

Smoked Turkey Leg


These are brined and smoked. So you just need to reheat these. The brine is what gives it the signature pink color and salty flavor. Oven: preheat to 350 degrees. And reheat for about 30-40 minutes. The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. Grill: heat on low heat for 20-30 minutes. The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees.
 

Smokehouse Chili

​

Heat the chili on the stove top - don't forget to stir frequently - until it reaches your desired temperature.
 

Sous Vide Lemon Herb Chicken Breast - Vacuum Sealed

​

Safe to eat cold on salads or sandwiches. To enjoy warm, we recommend letting the chicken come to room temp first. Sear in a pan with a little oil, for about 45 seconds up to 1 minute on each side.

 

Spinach + Artichoke Dip

​

Remove foil lid and plastic.  Replace the foil lid.  Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the lid and place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes to brown the top.

 

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

​

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes until the internal temperature of chicken is at 160 degrees. 

Gently warm the sauce on the stove top and stir often so that it does not burn.  When the chicken has been fully heated, place on a plate/platter and pour the sauce over it. 
 

Sun-dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken with Fresh Pesto Cream Sauce

​

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes until the internal temperature of chicken is at 160 degrees. 

Gently warm the sauce on the stove top and stir often so that it does not burn.  When the chicken has been fully heated, place on a plate/platter and pour the sauce over it. 

 

Surf City Shrimp Boil
 

The shrimp boil comes with the shrimp in a separate baggie.  Keep the shrimp cold until needed.  

Take the foil lid off the container and remove the plastic wrap.  Dispose of the plastic wrap and replace the lid back on the container and seal tightly (you want to keep the steam from the broth inside to cook the shrimp boil). You can bake the shrimp boil in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Then remove the lid and sprinkle the shrimp on top. Replace the lid and seal tightly.  Continue to bake another 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your shrimp done. 

 

Tamales 

​

Handmade in our kitchen and pre-steamed. Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 4 months.
For the best results, place tamales in a steamer basket with the husk opening facing up, steam for about 15 minutes. If frozen, steam for about 30 minutes For the easy microwave way, wrap the tamale in the husk with a wet paper towel, and microwave for 1-2 minutes.

 

Tres Quesos Enchiladas

​

Remove the lid and remove plastic wrap.  Take the extra sauce and top the enchiladas with more sauce as necessary. Replace the lid.  Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.  The internal temperature should be a minimum of 150 degrees. Return to the oven if more heating is necessary. 
 

Tuscan Penne with grilled chicken, prosciutto, italian sausage, peas & mushrooms in creamy marinara

​

Remove the foil lid and plastic. Replace the foil lid and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.If heating on a stove top, place the pasta meal in a pot and heat at medium low to your desired temperature. Make sure to stir often to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
 

White Lasagna Hand-Held Cupcakes

​

Remove the foil lid and plastic. Replace the foil lid and bake at 350 degrees for 45 until heated through.
 

Wild Mushroom Filo Bites with Feta + Asiago

​

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Lay flat on sheet pan and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rotate them & bake for an additional 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
